Fischer M Pro 105
The new Fischer M Pro 1 105 is the subject of this review.  If you are familiar with the Fischer brand you know that it is a technical  brand that incorporates many cutting edge technologies.

The "M" series used piezo fibers that actuate a magnetic function that acts to pull the racquet back into shape during and after ball impact, which, creates a little more energy or "pop" on the ball.

Here are some of the important specs for this racquet:

As you would expect with a weight of 11.7 oz. this racquet can pack a wallop!  The flex of 53 (RDC) puts this racquet in the "flexible" category and in fact you can almost feel the fuzz on the ball when you make contact.  For a control freak this is nirvana!

The nice recoil weight (158) confirms the stability of this racquet both on groundies and volleys.

Don't let the 105 head size fool you.  This is a true players racquet suited to those preferring a slightly larger head size and the accompanying longer strings adding a little punch.  This racquet in the 98 head size just begs for natural gut and I believe  the ultimate string for the 105 would also be natural gut.

The Fischer grip shape is very "European" (square) and takes a little getting used to.  We can change this shape if needed, and, with interchangeable pallets this is an easy racquet to customize.

The red and green colors used on the glossy black frame looks a little contrived but pretty cool none the less.  Anyone interested in a real players racquet with a head size larger than 98 should demo this racquet.

This racquet will suit a 3.5 looking to be more aggressive and the 5.0 looking for a little extra "juice" , but only when needed.

The price of $159.99 makes this a steal for the performance you can expect.
